Beatriz Subtil is a Science Communicator and holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences from Radboud University in the Netherlands. After years of research, she decided to leave the laboratory for science communication and founded the project. Subtly, with the goal of promoting health literacy and healthier lifestyles.
Their mission focuses on translating the complexity of human biology into everyday language, integrating scientific rigor with practical tools. They are dedicated to helping individuals and organizations understand nervous system dysregulation in the context of the modern world, empowering them to cope with chronic stress and overstimulation in order to regain their balance.
He shares this knowledge through lectures. workshops, podcastssocial media and articles.
