Beatriz Subtil

Beatriz Subtil é Comunicadora de Ciência e doutorada em Ciências Biomédicas pela Universidade Radboud, nos Países Baixos. Após anos de investigação, decidiu trocar o laboratório pela comunicação científica e fundou o projeto Subtilmente, com o objetivo de promover a literacia em saúde e estilos de vida mais saudáveis.
A sua missão foca-se em traduzir a complexidade da biologia humana para a linguagem do dia a dia, integrando rigor científico com ferramentas práticas. Dedica-se a ajudar pessoas e organizações a compreenderem a desregulação do sistema nervoso no contexto do mundo moderno, capacitando-as para lidarem com o stresse crónico e o excesso de estímulos de forma a recuperarem o seu equilíbrio.
