Axel Kaiser

Axel Kaiser é um advogado chileno-alemão, PhD em Filosofia, diretor da Cátedra Friedrich von Hayek da Universidade Adolfo Ibáñez e membro sénior do Atlas Center for Latin America. Foi professor visitante da Universidade de Stanford e é cofundador e presidente da Fundación para el Progreso, um dos centros de estudos liberais mais influentes da América Latina. É colunista dos jornais Financiero e El Mercurio e suas opiniões foram publicadas nas principais publicações internacionais.
