Avani Ancok é uma Earth Protector, ecologista de coração, jornalista de formação, professora de natação e meditação para crianças. Embaixadora do Fórum Terra e do Stop Ecocide. Criou um projeto de reflorestação e resgate da cultura nativa numa frágil comunidade indígena na América Central. Quer ver reconhecidos os Direitos da Natureza e os Direitos das Árvores em Portugal. O seu sonho é organizar o Dia Mundial de Plantar a Floresta Eterna, em que o mundo fica suspenso e todas as crianças e todos os adultos do planeta Terra plantam uma árvore ao mesmo tempo.
