Artur Ceia

Nasceu em Lisboa em 1959 onde viveu até 1988, ano em que se mudou para o Alentejo, concelho de Santiago do Cacém. Licenciado em História e já aposentado, publicou textos de ciência histórica na Revista História e na Revista Militar, tendo recebido o primeiro prémio por ocasião do VI Centenário da Batalha de Aljubarrota. Em 2014, publicou o seu primeiro romance intitulado "O Livro Improvável" no qual o autor recria o mito da sobrevivência de D. Sebastião na batalha de Alcácer Quibir. Regressa, agora, com nova obra, cuja ação se passa anos depois da primeira, onde "O Desejado" é agora protagonizado pelo Duque de Bragança.
