António Rocha Pinto

António Rocha Pinto (n. Lisboa, 1960), tem as suas raízes familiares maternas e paternas, respetivamente, na Covilhã e em Goa, mas passou a juventude em Santarém onde ainda vive. Engenheiro civil formado no ISEL, com pós-graduações em Urbanismo e em Gestão, exerce a profissão desde 1982, em conjugação com atividades e participação cívica e sócio-cultural e com responsabilidades em instituições do Terceiro Sector.
Exerce funções dirigentes na função pública, foi vice-provedor da SCM de Almeirim, e presidiu ao Clube de Santarém.
Dos pais lhe terá vindo a paixão pelas leituras. Iniciou-se na escrita com a publicação digital de contos – nas redes sociais e no blogue https://quemcontadoiscontos.blogs.sapo.pt/.
