António Pascoal

António Pascoal nasceu na aldeia ribeirinha da Mexilhoeira da Carregação, na margem esquerda do rio Arade, às portas de Portimão. Filho de operários conserveiros, passou a infância e adolescência ligado ao rio. Ao atingir a idade adulta ingressou na Marinha de Guerra Portuguesa, onde permaneceu onze anos.
Regressou ao Algarve e foi viver para Loulé, de onde é natural a sua esposa. Licenciou-se em Educação Física e Desporto e atualmente leciona em Loulé.
