He holds a degree in Computer Engineering from INSA Lyon (France). He was affiliated with CERN (Switzerland), where, in 1991, he began his connection to the Internet. Founder of Esoterica. He was part of the English group Claranet. Currently, he owns a company focused exclusively on providing cloud services and is the General Manager of Claranet Portugal. He is also the author of several books about the Web, in the USA, Brazil and Portugal.
