António João Latas

Juiz desembargador, é licenciado pela Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa. Foi docente da área penal do Centro de Estudos Judiciários e Presidente do Conselho de Fiscalização da Base de Dados de Perfis de ADN. Publicou uma monografia (em coautoria) e alguns artigos em revistas da especialidade. Interveio como conferencista em diversos eventos na área do direito e processo penal e da saúde mental.
