António Horta Fernandes, Docente do Departamento de Estudos Políticos da Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Humanas da Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Investigador do Instituto Português de Relações Internacionais (IPRI). Estrategista e Polemologista, publicou Livro dos Contrastes - Guerra e Política (2017), Acolher ou Vencer?
