António Goucha Soares (Lisboa, 1962) é doutorado pelo Instituto Universitário Europeu de Florença, grau obtido após os seus estudos na Faculdade de Direito de Lisboa e no Colégio da Europa, em Bruges. É professor no Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão da Universidade Técnica de Lisboa, sendo titular de uma cátedra Jean Monnet. Foi professor visitante na Universidade de Brown, em Providence, nos Estados Unidos. É autor de algumas dezenas de títulos académicos, versando sobre as áreas do direito comunitário, integração europeia, política de concorrência e instituições internacionais.
