António Duarte Silva

António Ernesto Duarte Silva nascido em 1944, é licenciado e mestre em Direito.
Foi técnico superior e diretor de serviços do Tribunal Constitucional entre 1983 e 2014. Foi também Professor Assistente do ISCTE entre 1973 e 1978, e depois da Faculdade de Direito de Lisboa, entre 1975 e 1987. Entre 2000 e 2012 foi Professor Auxiliar Convidado do Departamento de Estudos Políticos da FCSH da Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Foi ainda assessor científico da Faculdade de Direito de Bissau, na década de 1990.
