António Baião

António Sebastião Augusto Baião, nasceu no dia 05 de Fevereiro de 1940, no Monte Gato (S. Miguel do Pinheiro Mértola) distrito de Beja.
Alentejano que não esqueceu as suas origens.
Trabalhador rural até aos vinte anos, após o serviço militar obrigatório, fixou residência permanente na freguesia de S. Domingos de Rana, concelho de Cascais.
Trabalhador estudante, fez o ensino secundário.
Muito interessado pela arte de escrever, é autor de: O Almocreve Alentejano e Contos que eu Conto.
