Anthony A. Atkinson

Anthony A. Atkinson é professor da School of Accountancy da University of Waterloo. É bacharel em Comércio e MBA pela Queen’s University, em Kingston, Ontário, e mestre e Ph.D. em Administração Industrial pela Carnegie-Mellon University em Pittsburgh. É fellow da Society of Management Accountants do Canadá e autor e coautor de dois livros, monografias e mais de 35 artigos sobre medição do desempenho e custeio.

Foi editor do Journal of Management Accounting Research. Também fez parte do Cost Standards Advisory Committee do governo do Canadá, para o qual desenvolveu os princípios de custeio agora exigidos de seus fornecedores.
