Professora de ciências da educação na Universidade de Toulouse. Os seus estudos de investigação incidem sobre as relações entre a avaliação e o desenvolvimento profissional dos atores. Publicou uma obra sobre a avaliação e o desenvolvimento profissional (2007), uma obra sobre o reconhecimento profissional na educação (2009) e, com Jean-Marie De Ketele, uma obra sobre a profissionalidade emergente (2011).
