Anna Soler-Pont nasceu em 1968 em Barcelona, cidade onde reside atualmente.
Licenciou-se em Filologia Árabe. Depois de uma temporada no Cairo e de uma viagem Barcelona/Nova Deli por estrada que marcaram o seu rumo profissional, fundou, em 1992, a Agência Literária e Cinematográfica Pontas, onde desenvolve a sua paixão por questões multiculturais. Desde então, tem viajado pelos cinco continentes em busca de autores e de histórias humanas.
Entre outras atividades, coordenou projetos e eventos internacionais vinculados ao mundo editorial. Em 2005 publicou Cuentos y Leyendas de África.
