Ann Mah

Ann Mah trabalhou no mundo editorial antes de se mudar para Pequim durante quatro anos, onde foi editora de restaurantes para a That’s Beijung, uma revista mensal de língua inglesa. Escreve regularmente para o South China Morning Post, a Condé Nast Traveller e o International Herald Tribune. Em 2005, foi-lhe atribuída uma bolsa de estudo em Cozinha Italiana em Bolonha. Nascida no Orange County, reside actualmente em Paris.
