André Ventura é Professor da Universidade Nova de Lisboa e da Universidade Autónoma Luis de Camões, sendo igualmente quadro superior da Autoridade Tributária e Aduaneira e investigador do Centre for Criminal Justice and Human Rights (Irlanda) e do CEDIS Nova Direito(Portugal), onde se tem dedicado especialmente à investigação jurídica em matéria criminal e fiscal. Com vários livros e dezenas de artigos já publicados em revistas da especialidade, André Ventura tem-se também destacado na análise aos principais casos de justiça do nosso tempo, sendo neste momento um dos comentadores televisivos e um dos opinion makers com mais divulgação junto do grande público.
