André Dias Pereira

André Dias Pereira é Mestre e Doutor em Direito Civil pela Universidade de Coimbra. Professor da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Coimbra e Diretor do Centro de Direito Biomédico da mesma universidade. Presidente da Comissão de Ética da AIBILI. Membro da Comissão de Bioética da Sociedade Portuguesa de Genética Humana. Fellow do European Centre of Tort and Insurance Law (Viena). Foi (2012-2016) membro da Direção da Associação Mundial de Direito Médico e é, desde 2015, Membro do Conselho Nacional de Ética para as Ciências da Vida.
