André Cardoso vive em Ovar, no distrito de Aveiro. Está a licenciar-se em Imagem Médica e Radioterapia na Universidade de Aveiro. A escrita surgiu na sua vida de uma forma natural, como uma espécie de catarse numa fase menos boa, e ajudava-o a libertar as emoções que viviam dentro de si. Agora, encara-a como um modo de ajudar os outros. Em 2023 publicou o seu primeiro livro de poesia, Sentimentos à Flor da Pele. Regressa, em agosto de 2024, com uma nova obra, Maresia de Emoções, também pela chancela da Oficina da Escrita.
