Ana Parreira

Ana Parreira é natural de Amiais de Baixo, uma pequena vila no concelho de Santarém. Em 2011 concluiu o curso de Ciências da Nutrição em Caldas da Rainha, na Universidade Católica Portuguesa.¿ Em 2016 descobriu que tinha endometriose, adenomiose e infertilidade. Em 2017 foi operada, começou a mudar os seus hábitos¿e percebeu que podia ajudar outras mulheres. Começou a fazer formações, até que criou o seu próprio programa Nutrição, Endometriose e Fertilidade, dedicando-se a esta área da nutrição. Em 2024 publicou o seu primeiro livro com a Oficina da Escrita, Viver Bem com Endometriose, com o objetivo de ajudar mais mulheres.
