Nasceu a 6 de outubro de 1981 em Leiria. Foi lá que tirou o curso Tecnológico de Administração e onde trabalha como administrativa. Cresceu em Maceira com os seus pais e irmãos, sendo que com 12 anos perdeu a mãe. Atualmente vive em Carnide, concelho de Pombal, com os seus dois filhos e marido. Apaixonada pela música e pela Natureza, fez duas peregrinações a Santiago de Compostela. Sonha viajar até ao Peru e India. Gosta de temas relacionados com autoconhecimento e espiritualidade, que a levaram a participar em retiros e cursos sobre os temas. A Estrela Polar é a sua primeira obra publicada.
