Graduada em Línguas e Literaturas Modernas, Estudos Ingleses/Alemães, pela UAL e Mestre em Estudos Anglísticos e em língua e Cultura Portuguesa – Língua Segunda/Língua Estrangeira pela Faculdade de Letras da Universidade de Lisboa. Dedica-se ao ensino do português como língua estrangeira (PLE) desde 1996. Desenvolve e ministra ações de formação direcionadas a professores de PLNM (português língua não materna) e PLE.
