Ana Azevedo

Ana Azevedo nasceu em Barcelos, em 1996. Depois de trocar a engenharia informática para correr atrás da sua verdadeira paixão, o exercício físico e a nutrição, formou-se como Técnica Especialista em Exercício Físico (TEEF). Mais tarde, frequentou o curso de Nutrição no Desporto na Academia Clínica Espregueira. Desde 2016, Ana Azevedo partilha receitas saudáveis, treinos e o seu estilo de vida nas redes sociais, como forma de inspiração e ajuda para todos aqueles que procuram equilíbrio e bem-estar.
