Amélia Silva é Professora Coordenadora da área da Contabilidade, no ISCAP – Politécnico do Porto. É licenciada em Organização e Gestão de Empresas, Mestre em Contabilidade e Auditoria e doutorada em Ciências Empresarias/Contabilidade. Tem diversas publicações científicas, orientou várias dissertações de mestrado e teses de doutoramento na área da Contabilidade. Entre 2017 e 2020, foi presidente do Conselho Diretivo do CEOS.PP - Centro de Estudos Organizacionais e Sociais do Politécnico do Porto. ORCID iD 0000-0002-8366-9863.2.
