Amedeo Balbi

Amedeo Balbi é astrofísico e investigador da Universidade Tor Vergata, em Roma. Dedica uma parte importante do seu tempo ao ensino e à divulgação científica. Trabalhou em Berkeley, Califórnia, com o Nobel da Física George Smoot, assim como em numerosos laboratórios internacionais, entre eles o Laboratório Fermi (Fermilab) de Chicago e o Laboratório de Propulsão a Jacto de Pasadena. Além disso, participou na missão espacial Planck, da Agência Espacial Europeia. É o autor de La musica del Big Bang (2007) e Seconda stella a destra (2010).
