Amanda Yee

É uma chef chinesa, norueguesa e afro-americana expatriada de Oakland, Califórnia, que vive em Copenhaga, Dinamarca. Amanda trabalhou em restaurantes californianos e dinamarqueses aclamados pela crítica, enquanto geria um clube de jantar comunitário chamado Five & Dime. Foi também assistente e subchefe do chef Bryant Terry, galardoado com o prémio James Beard. As suas diversas experiências culinárias centram-se sobretudo na saúde, nutrição, cozinha californiana, soul food, cozinha mediterrânica e cozinha do Médio Oriente.
