Doutor com agregação em ciências empresariais, com especialização em Marketing; Mestre em Planeamento e Estratégia Empresarial; Pós-Graduado em E-business; MBA em Gestão Internacional e Licenciado em Gestão. É consultor desde 1995 nas áreas da gestão, marketing e estratégia, colaborando com organizações como o IAPMEI, AIP, AEP, Ministério da Economia, AERLIS e dezenas de empresas em Portugal, Angola e Brasil. É formador certificado pelo IEFP, exercendo esta atividade desde 1996. É professor na Universidade Lusófona e no ISCTE-IUL. Acumula experiência de ensino desde 1995, tendo colaborado com o Instituto Superior de Gestão, a Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa e outras instituições de ensino em Angola e no Brasil. É autor de uma vasta bibliografia nas áreas da gestão, marketing e estratégia.
