Alexandre Coimbra Amaral é psicólogo, escritor e podcaster. Mestre em Psicologia pela PUC do Chile e terapeuta familiar, de casais e grupos, é palestrante e consultor de saúde mental em empresas e escolas, e também colunista da revista Crescer e do Portal Lunetas do Instituto Alana.
Participou durante quase cinco anos como psicólogo no programa Encontro com Fátima Bernardes, da Rede Globo, e é hoje uma presença constante em diversos programas de TV, na Internet e em podcasts. Aborda temas de interesse coletivo e ajuda a compreender os dilemas do nosso tempo. O seu podcast, Cartas de um terapeuta, é um dos mais ouvidos no Brasil.
