Alberto Torres Blandina nasceu em Valencia, em 1976. É ficcionista, professor de literatura, dramaturgo e vocalista do grupo Niñamala. Os seus dois primeiros romances foram finalistas de vários prémio literários, e Coisas Que Nunca Aconteceriam em Tóquio, traduzido agora para português, foi galardoado em 2007 com o prémio de romance Las Dos Orillas.
