Alberto Gomes Castro

Alberto Gomes Castro é engenheiro químico, doutorado em Física e Química Macromolecular pela Universidade de Estrasburgo e doutor em Science pela Universidade de Paris. Trabalhou como investigador em diferentes instituições dos países comunitários e foi docente da UTAD. Actualmente é presidente da direcção e coordenador da Unidade de Investigação em Engenharia Alimentar e Reologia do ISEIT de Mirandela.
