Formada pelo College of Executive Coaching (EUA), foi a primeira portuguesa a obter o nível de certificação MCC (Master Certified Coach) pela Federação Internacional de Coaching (há apenas 600 MCC no mundo inteiro).

É professora convidada na Universidade Nova – IMS. É coautora do livro Coaching: Ir Mais Longe Cá Dentro e entrevistada para o livro Révélez Vos Talents, de Christopher James et al., publicado pelas Éditions Liaisons.

Foi senior manager na Accenture até 2003.
Trabalha desde 1992 na área de desenvolvimento de líderes
