Adelaide Ferreira nasceu em Vila Nova de Gaia, em 1956. Enfermeira Especialista em Saúde Infantil e Pediátrica e Mestre em Ciências de Enfermagem de Pediatria, é também mãe e avó dedicada. Viúva de um amor eterno, encontra no mar e na música refúgio e inspiração. Entre dores e silêncios, tece palavras que dão forma aos textos que escreve, transformando a vida em poesia.
