Yung Pueblo

Yung Pueblo (pseudónimo de Diego Perez) nasceu no equador e imigrou para os estados unidos ainda em criança. No decorrer de um curso de meditação vipassana percebeu que a verdadeira cura e libertação eram possíveis. Decidido a partilhar a sua experiência meditativa e o próprio caminho que trilhou rumo à transformação pessoal, yung pueblo passou a publicar frases e pequenos ensaios tanto nas suas redes sociais como em livros. Com mais de 3 milhões de seguidores, incentiva pessoas de todo o mundo a iniciarem o seu processo de autoconhecimento e autocura, a desenvolverem a inteligência emocional e a alcançarem a paz interior.

O pseudónimo Yung Pueblo significa “gente jovem” e pretende transmitir a ideia de que a humanidade está a entrar numa era de extraordinária evolução, em que muitos mais continuarão a expandir a autoconsciência e a libertar fardos antigos.

Atualmente, Diego reside em Massachussetts com a mulher, vivendo serenamente e meditando todos os dias.
