The term ''vassal'' highlights the inextricably intertwined system of corruption at the International Criminal Court that was founded on utipolitianist theory. This is a theory of the exploitation of the entire body of the Court, which indicates a new clandestine hegemony of colonialism. It is a theory adopted by the masters of the modern norms of international criminal law, including guns, wars, self-defence, decision-making power, sanctions, justice, and judgments. The existence of such platforms is itself one of the primary barriers to the proper application of international criminal justice and the promotion of the rights of victims. Utipolitianists veto victims’ rights, which in turn become negotiable cargo in the Security Council. Norms are modified to promote the exploitation of the provisions of the Statute of the ICC. The philosophy of morality is no longer present and is instead used as a weapon of mass destruction by utipolitianists, thereby ceasing to exist as an unbiased subject of human rights law. Consequently, our moral faculties are unable to achieve their objectives. Jurisprudential philosophies become the tools of utipolitianist governments, which in turn results in a failure to ban the commission of international crimes. The rules of international criminal procedures cannot function if utipolitianist hegemony consumes the rights of victims. As long as the power of the Security Council is maintained, the ICC will remain the vassal court of certain governments.
