Laura Hillenbrand

Laura Hillenbrand é autora de Seabiscuit: An American Legend, bestseller finalista do National Book Critics Circle Award, que figurou em mais de quinze listas de melhores livros do ano e inspirou o filme Seabiscuit — Alma de Herói, nomeado para sete Óscares, incluindo o de Melhor Filme. O artigo que publicou na revista New Yorker, "A Sudden Ilness", valeu-lhe o National Magazine Award de 2004.
