Jennie Godfrey

JENNIE GODFREY cresceu em West Yorkshire e o seu romance de estreia, A lista de coisas suspeitas, é inspirado na sua infância nessa região, na década de 70. Jennie vem de uma família de operários, mas, enquanto membro da primeira geração nascida após o encerramento das fiações, frequentou a universidade e fez carreira no mundo empresarial. Em 2020, desistiu desse universo e começou a escrever.

Este seu fascinante primeiro romance teve êxito assinalável junto do público e da crítica, tendo sido finalista do British Book Awards, na categoria de romance de estreia.

Atualmente, é escritora e livreira em part-time na Waterstones e vive na zona rural do Somerset.
