Lifestyle is a key determinant of health of an individual, therefore, health and lifestyle has become a major concern to researchers worldwide. People have different lifestyles which affects their health positively or negatively. Self-administered questionnaires was used for data collection to provide demographic information as well as patterns and behaviors regarding physical activity, diet, sleep, sexual health, alcohol consumption, tobacco and drug use among the students. Multiple linear regression was employed to understand the effect of several independent variables on health status of the students.
