Achieving competence in the success factors enhances an individual’s ability to achieve greatness and can be developed through discipline and deliberate practice by incorporation in small increments into routine activities. True greats consistently grow through self-awareness to overcome their limitations, take on challenges, and endeavor to face the obstacles they encounter. The characteristics and traits that drive greatness are inherent within all of us and can be applied to any field, subject, or discipline. "Road to Greatness" provides a roadmap to create a personalized path to extraordinary achievement for students, parents, teachers and graduates entering the workforce.
