Rush

Rush foi uma banda canadiana de rock progressivo formada em 1968 em Toronto, Ontário. Conhecida por sua complexidade musical, virtuosismo e letras sofisticadas, a banda é amplamente reconhecida como uma das mais influentes no rock progressivo e hard rock.

A formação clássica da banda incluía Geddy Lee (vocais, baixo e teclados), Alex Lifeson (guitarra) e Neil Peart (bateria e letras). Peart entrou na banda em 1974, substituindo o baterista original John Rutsey, e sua chegada marcou o início de uma nova era para o grupo, com uma abordagem mais técnica e letras mais profundas e conceituais.
