Katie Kirby é formada em Marketing e Publicidade, escritora e ilustradora. Trabalhou durante alguns anos em agências de comunicação, em Londres, o que significava ir a restaurantes da moda e fazer de conta que sabia do que estava a falar. Depois, foi mãe e resolveu começar um blogue onde fala das tremendas injustiças da parentalidade.
