I was parachuting out of a military aircraft at night during a mass tacticaljump. My main parachute malfunctioned. I pulled the handle to deploymy reserve parachute. The reserve unfolded around my feet in strips as ifsomeone sliced it with a razor 1,250 feet above the ground. I screamedGOD HELP ME. I was able to walk away from this tragedy.
