Happiness strikes as something that we all want to strive for because how can we imagine living an unhappy life. It might be possible but it wouldn''t be all that fun no matter how you spin it. So why do we as humans search for happiness? It is partly due to the fact that it has been ingrained in us since young that we all should strive to live a happy and healthy life. Happiness has become synonymous with the very nature of existence that when we find ourselves unhappy in any given moment, we tend to want to pivot our life and the current situation we are in to one that is more favourable, one that is supposedly able to bring us more happiness.
