The United Nations is preparing to enact a Resolution recommending the registration of everyone’s DNA code. Something not everyone, humans or mutants, are in favor of. A separatist group is willing to stop the UN even if it means starting World War III.

Lani Knight is a US Air Force pilot. Her brother, Adam Knight, is a Secret Service agent. The siblings are mutants, bringing their special abilities to bear against those who are about to wage war.
