Hand position, posture and beathing all play an important role. In this book, the author uses the same approach to teach the fundamentals of woodworking. While books have been published on the basics of woodworking, these titles mostly address design, joinery and construction techniques, barely touching on the use of the tools. Recently there have been books focusing on hand tool use, but none that provide this Zen approach to the topic and none that balance hand and power tool usage.
