Dairy and Food industry did contribute towards the tremendous progress recorded by the agricultural sector in our country. The need of practical book consisting of all relevant and useful approaches dealt within the subject for proper conduct of experiments was greatly felt. Therefore, preparation of practical book for different courses was taken up.
