A Domain of Nightmares...

Darkness descended, slowly moving down onto the empty streets, its presence creating a dark wind which blew old newspapers from one side of the road to the other. Nearby, vapor rose up from a sewage drain as the entity flowed, its non-physical presence creating a transient form that plunged a portion of the cracked concrete into pitch black.

Moving as a living shadow within the wind, it manipulated the surrounding atmosphere as it appeared and vanished at will.

For thirty-year-old Shawn Covington, returning home was supposed to be welcoming, a time of new beginnings. This ends abruptly as he arrives to find his city completely abandoned, in disarray and in the midst of a powerful storm. Unable to leave or communicate with the outside world, he meets a young woman, also trapped by the same unexplainable circumstances. Together, as they begin searching for answers, they're soon plagued by a series of nightmarish events as things turn from bad to worse.
