Helen Fielding

Nasceu em Yorkshire, Inglaterra. Trabalhou muitos anos em Londres enquanto jornalista de imprensa escrita e televisiva, viajando para África, Índia e América Central. Escreveu três romances: "Cause Celeb" (1994), "O Diário de Bridget Jones" e "O Novo Diário de Bridget Jones". Actualmente é argumentista, trabalha a tempo inteiro nos seus romances e vive em Londres e Los Angeles.
