The current edition of this publication includes 16 chapters and 10 appendices. It has been revised by 42 scientists from seven Institutes, State Agricultural Universities, and two organizations. The inclusion of various vegetables, fruits, tubers, and ornamentals in the village market indicates progress in the science and art of horticulture.
