Dylan Clarke has become obsessed with Atlantis.

All Dylan needs to complete his PhD is to write his dissertation, but he is preoccupied with Atlantis. Then his former girlfriend Holly shows up. She has been working for a non-profit that drills community wells in the Sahara. Dylan signs up. This would put him closer to Holly and to the Eye of the Sahara-a site he believes was the location of Atlantis. But when he arrives in Africa, Holly is no longer there!
